1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The safety seal and original packaging are intact
  • The product is returned in the same condition as dispatched
  • The product has not been damaged, tampered with, or mishandled after delivery

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Mishandled Deliveries

If you receive:

  • A leaking, broken, or visibly compromised package
  • You must contact us immediately upon receiving the order.

To process your claim, we may require:

  • Photos/videos of the package and product
  • Proof of damage or issue
  • Delivery details
  • All claims are subject to verification and investigation before approval.

Nutramixx reserves the right to refuse claims where:

  • Sufficient evidence is not provided
  • Damage appears caused after delivery
  • The product has been used or mishandled

3. Refund Process

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, refunds may be issued through:

  • Store credit
  • Original payment method (where applicable)
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking channels.

Shipping or delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and authenticity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened supplements
  • Consumed products
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under this Return & Refund Policy.
