Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, no extra fee. Pay when your order reaches your doorstep.

How can I save on prepaid orders?

Use code PREPAY5 at checkout to save 5% when paying with JazzCash or EasyPaisa.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) usually receive within 2–3 working days. Other areas: 3–5 working days.

What's the shipping cost?

Flat Rs 150 anywhere in Pakistan. Free shipping on orders above Rs 4,000.

Products & authenticity

Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes. We source directly from Pakistani brands — Nutrifactor, Herbiotics, Route2Health, Nutrify, Sukoon, Cellcense, Vince Care. No grey imports, no counterfeits. Every product is traceable to its manufacturer.

How does the AI advisor work?

Tell our AI advisor your goal (in Urdu, English, or mixed) — for example: thakawat ke liye kya loon? It reads your message, recommends the right supplements, and links you straight to those products. Free, on every page.

Are bundles cheaper than buying products separately?

Yes — every bundle saves you up to 15% versus buying the items individually. Each bundle page shows the original total, the bundle price, and exactly how much you save.

Are these products safe?

All products we stock are manufactured by registered Pakistani supplement brands and meet local food/health authority requirements. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or on prescribed medication, please consult your doctor before starting any supplement.

Returns & support

What's your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Sealed bottles only — for safety reasons we cannot accept opened or partially used supplements.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours of receiving the order. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

How do I cancel an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll cancel it. Once shipped, please refuse delivery — the courier will return it to us and we'll refund you.

How do I contact support?
